We love dogs! However, for the safety and comfort off all our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing your dog along for the experience.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before event.
We take food allergies very seriously. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions you have prior to the tour date.
Our availability varies depending on the date. We recommend booking as soon as you know the date of your visit to secure your spot.
We are open all year round with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Shorter hours on Boxing day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Our wine public tour buses and SUVs are not wheelchair accessible. However we do offer private tours in wheel chair accessible vans.
You are welcome to bring snacks. We recommend foods that do not have a strong aroma.
Our wine tours are intended for 19 years and over.
Casual clothes and comfortable shoes.
Yes. Our tours includes pick up and drop off. You will be returned to your pick up location.
We ask that you stay in communication with us by text or call 905-468-4132. Alternate arrangements can be made so you don't miss any of the tour experience, however depending on how lat you arrive you may miss the first winery experience.

We are partnered with a number of award-winning wineries. They are chosen based on factors like reputation, diversity of tasting selection, capacity, experience.
We strive to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable tasting experience for everyone. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific wineries on our public tours.

Yes we do! Toronto Pearson, Hamilton, Billy Bishop (Toronto Island), Buffalo, Niagara Falls NY are your closest airports to Niagara’s Wine Country, we can also arrange your pick up / drop off at any airport in the USA and Canada.
We supply bottled water. Alcohol consumption is not allowed by law in any vehicle.
We pick up at accommodations in Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls Ontario Canada, we cannot pick you up from a USA hotel.
The tour will continue. Wineries have the option to move the tasting indoors or they will have covered shelter outdoors.
Yes. We offer free parking at our tour headquarters located at 1357 Niagara Stone Road in Niagara On The Lake.
